Who is Goody Beats? (age, height, and physique)

Goody Beats or Logan Delgado is simply known as a fitness influencer, other than that, he is not an athlete or professional bodybuilder. Goody Beats is more commonly known for his enthusiasm for the Keto diet, a diet where most of your calories come from fats, as opposed to carbohydrates.

As with most other influencers, he has a booming Instagram page with more than 100k followers.

Hit YouTube page is also on the rise, as it has amassed more than 150k subscribers.

Goody Beats is also known for being a bit controversial, making some wild claims with very little or no scientific data. His whole coaching program is based on the idea that the culprit to fat gain is insulin and carbohydrates.

We know that while high levels of blood sugar could be an indication of a poor diet, the idea that it is the only cause of obesity has never been proven. Calories make people fat, not insulin.

Is Goody Beats on Steroids?

Right off the bat, it is unlikely that he is. For someone to be “considered” to be on steroids, they have to have a really impressive physique. Logan does not. Sure, he has an impressive physique compared to the general population, but the general population lives in McDs and does not exercise.

Goody Beats has never really made any announcement of steroid use, and since he is for sale (he promotes supplements of companies), it is unsure which supplements he actually uses. That said, he seems to be using quite a lot of supplements in line with the Keto diet model such as glucose disposal agents, etc.

But no, there is no current evidence that Logan is on steroids.

That said, he is 36 years old and still holds a good amount of muscle mass – even though the keto diet is terrible for muscle mass. He could be on TRT or HRT, but it would be a very low dose.

Is Goody Beats Natural?

There is a greater probability that he is natural and not on anything. Logan does not have any of the signs of someone who uses or abuses Steroids, nor has he done any impressive enough lifts to make us believe he would be.

He could be using HRT or TRT but the chances are slim, but there is a chance regardless.

What Steroids Could Goody Beats be on?

If Goody Beats is on Steroids, we can comfortably say he is definitely on the wrong stuff. Or he is just not working out hard enough. This is why it is likely that he is not using any steroids, and sticks to supplements.

Goody Beats Training Program

Goody Beats has not shared his full workout routine online.

Goody Beats Diet

The Goody Beats diet is going to follow the philosophy of Keto, meaning he will shy away from any foods that are high in carbohydrates or sugars. He is also a huge fan of intermittent fasting. While he has not shared a full diet with measured weights of the food online, we can extrapolate that his diet is rich in the following foods:

  • Eggs
  • Animal proteins
  • Dairy
  • Fish
  • Pork
  • Cheese
  • Keto based snacks
